Delete my Kuro account

As a Kuro app user, you can request the deletion of your account and all your personal data at any time. Here are the two available methods:

Method 1: From the Kuro app

1 Open the Kuro app on your device
2 Tap the Menu (☰ icon)
3 Select Settings
4 Tap Delete account data
5 Confirm by tapping Delete permanently

Method 2: Contact us by email

You can also send us a deletion request via our contact form or by email. Please include the email address associated with your Kuro account. We will process your request within a maximum of 48 hours.

Data deleted

When you delete your Kuro account, the following data will be permanently deleted:

  • Account information: email address, name, profile picture
  • Registered items: all your items, their photos and descriptions
  • Documents: invoices, warranties, uploaded manuals
  • Reminders: all scheduled notifications and reminders
  • Preferences: app settings and history

Temporarily retained data

Some data may be temporarily retained for legal reasons:

  • Transaction logs: retained for 30 days for security
  • Billing data: retained according to tax obligations (up to 10 years if applicable)

This data does not contain your personally identifiable information after anonymization.

Processing time

  • Via the app: immediate deletion
  • Via contact form: within 48 business hours

Warning - Irreversible action

Deleting your Kuro account is permanent and irreversible. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered. We recommend exporting your data before proceeding with deletion.
